Booking & Appointments

How do I book an appointment?

You can book online directly through our website at any time, or call us at (305) 480-5404 during business hours. For complex services, we may contact you to confirm the booking fits our schedule.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance for standard services, and 2–4 weeks for complex color or nail art services to ensure your preferred stylist and time slot is available.

How will my appointment be confirmed?

Every appointment is confirmed 48 hours in advance via phone call or text message. If you do not confirm within 24 hours of the first notice, your appointment may be considered cancelled and the slot released to another client.

Can I request a specific stylist or nail technician?

Yes! When booking, you can request your preferred artist. Availability may vary, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred technician.

Do you offer Sunday or Monday appointments?

Sunday and Monday appointments are available by appointment only. We also have a hairstylist available on Sundays 11 AM – 4 PM. Contact us for availability.

Policies & Payments

Is a deposit required to book?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. Online bookings require 35% of the total. Direct bookings require $50–$100 for hair and $25 for nails. The deposit is applied toward your total at checkout.

Can I get a refund?

Services received cannot be refunded. If you are unsatisfied with the work performed, you must return to the salon within 48 hours so your hair or nails can be visually inspected. We will reschedule you with the same artist to correct any issues at no additional charge. The service must be a mistake from the provider — not a change of mind after the service has been performed.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event of a cancellation (including illness), please call or message us at least 48 hours before your appointment to reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit. A deposit is honored for only one rescheduled appointment — a second reschedule will require a new deposit.

Can my deposit roll over to a future appointment?

Yes, your deposit can roll over to a future service rebook. However, this is only honored for one rescheduled appointment. If a second reschedule is requested, the original deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash. Please contact us if you have any questions about payment prior to your appointment.

Hair Services

What hair color services do you offer?

We offer a full range of color services including balayage, highlights, root touch-ups, full color, fantasy colors, split dye, calico, and rainbow hair. Whether you're looking for something subtle or bold, our colorists can make it happen.

How long does a color appointment take?

Timing varies based on service complexity. A root touch-up may take 1–2 hours, while a full fantasy color transformation or balayage can take 3–5+ hours. We'll give you a time estimate when booking complex services.

Do you do consultations before color services?

Yes! For complex color services, we reach out to confirm details and ensure the allotted time fits our schedule. You are also welcome to contact us with reference photos or questions before your appointment.

Do you offer blowouts for special occasions?

Absolutely! Our blowout services are perfect for weddings, galas, photo shoots, or any special occasion. We offer salon-perfect volume and shine that lasts. Book in advance to ensure availability on your date.

Can you work with all hair types?

Yes! Our stylists are trained to work with all hair types and textures. Whether your hair is straight, wavy, curly, or oily, we tailor every service to your hair's unique needs and your lifestyle.

Nail Services

What nail services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of nail services including gel nails, gel extensions, structure gel, 3D nails, French nails, nail art, simple designs, full hand designs, and complex custom nail art. View our full nail services menu on our nail services page.

How long do gel extensions last?

With proper care, gel extensions typically last 3–4 weeks before requiring a fill or removal. We recommend avoiding harsh chemicals and wearing gloves when cleaning to extend the life of your nails.

Can I bring my own nail art reference?

Absolutely — we encourage it! Bring reference photos or Pinterest boards to your appointment. Our nail technicians love working from inspiration images to create your perfect custom look.

How long does a nail appointment take?

Simple nail services like a basic gel set take around 1–1.5 hours. Complex nail art, 3D nails, or full hand designs can take 3–5 hours depending on the detail involved. We'll confirm timing when you book.

We are located at 7171 SW 24th Street Suite 103, Miami, FL 33155. We proudly serve clients from Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Little Havana, Wynwood, and surrounding areas.

Do you sell hair care products?

Yes! We have an Online Hair Care Store where you can shop our curated selection of professional hair care products. Visit our website to browse and shop.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We are primarily an appointment-based salon to ensure each client gets the time and attention they deserve. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability, but we strongly recommend booking in advance to guarantee your spot.

Can I be a hair model for Colour Parlor?

We occasionally look for hair models for our stylists' creative work. Fill out our Colour Parlor Model Call Form on the website and we'll be in touch if there's a match!
